There’s a new chapter at Ayllu and it’s written in flavour. Our chefs have been busy crafting a menu that celebrates the spirit of fusion - where Peruvian warmth meets Japanese precision.

Small Plates, Big Personality

Every dish tells a story, starting with Empanadas filled with tender beef short rib, Shrimp Popcorn with yuzu and spicy mayo. Dive into Scallops or try the Yellowtail Tataki, where aji amarillo meets yuzu emulsion.

Our Truffle Roll takes sushi to new heights with minced whitefish, truffle mayo, and a hint of togarashi - umami, elevated.

The Main Event

Try our melt in your mouth Wagyu Sirloin or the Duck Anticuchero, glazed in salsa antichuchera, brightened with pickled orange zest, and crowned with puffed buckwheat for a satisfying crunch.

We’re introducing Grilled Tuna paired with salsa roja and for our vegetarian friends, the Yasai Katsu Curry.
