Born from the Japanese immigrant community in Peru in the late 19th century, Nikkei cuisine blends the clean technique of Japanese cooking: sashimi, nigiri, tataki — with the bold, citrus-forward flavours of Peruvian food. Tuna Tataki and Lubina Clásica Ceviche — one of London's best Peruvian ceviches — early on. A Dragon Roll that earns its place. Beef Tequeños, Chicken Skewers, Salmon Cazuela to finish. Closed out with Chef's Choice Dessert.
