Quinoa Salad Recipe

We are delighted to bring you our Quinoa Salad recipe. If you can’t visit our beautiful Paddington restaurant to try it for yourself, there’s no excuse not to make this at home! This January, we invite you to join us on a culinary adventure featuring our star of the season – our exquisite Quinoa Salad.

what you will need:

  • white quinoa - 80g

  • tomatoes - 5g

  • cucumber - 5g

  • avocado - 5g

  • black olives - 5g

  • red onion - 5g

  • red chilli - 3g

  • pomegranate - 3g

  • pomegranate molasses - 3g

  • coriander - 3g

  • edible flowers

  • salt - to taste

  • olive oil - to taste

  • lime juice - to taste

method:

  • Wash the quinoa under cold running water for about 15 minutes.

  • then transfer to a pot and start cooking, boil for 8 minutes.

  • when ready lightly season with salt and cool down.

  • wash and cut all the veggies into small cubes and put aside.

  • in a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together.

  • dress with olive oil/lime juice and molasses.

  • finally, decorate with edible flowers!
