Our Festive Cuzco (£49pp) and Machu Picchu (£65pp) tasting menus bring together Ayllu’s signature Nikkei dishes with a seasonal twist, featuring highlights such as crab tacos, vibrant ceviches, tuna tataki, the bluefin tuna roll, warming salmon cazuela, Peruvian beef BBQ and a traditional serving of roast turkey.

A Festive Vegetarian Tasting Menu is also available for £39pp, offering a rich and flavourful plant-focused experience.
